Stelios Pardalakis

CEO / Founder

Stelios has over 20 years' experience leading technical digital campaigns for clients across the globe. He's an expert in all things PPC, SEO, Amazon strategies and has his pulse on the future of digital marketing.

Joe Roman

Managing Director

Joe has been MD at Stellar for almost a decade, managing the operations side of the business. Previously he's worked as a Director at various marketing agencies, and has a degree in Business Studies from Bournmouth University.

Silvia Correas Osorno

Group Account Director

Silvia's our Spanish firecracker who's been at Stellar for nearly ten years. She has a degree in Business Management from Universidad de Leon and a Business Studies Masters in International Marketing. Her thesis focused on consumer behaviour towards the fast fashion industry.

Anja Bertoncelj Tugrul

Group Account Director

Anja is our talented Director with over a decade's experience in digital marketing. She manages a diverse portfolio of accounts, developing tailored paid media strategies for clients globally. She has a Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Ljubljana.

Maria Petkova

Account Director

Maria has a Masters degree in Digital Marketing and 6+ years of experience in the Paid Media team at Stellar Search. Over this time she developed successful paid media strategies for multiple well-known B2C and B2B brands by tailoring the approach to meet each client’s unique goals.

Jack Bowyer

Account Director

Jack is an experienced Account Director with a background in marketing and advertising. He's skilled in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Pinterest, Apple Ads, Google Analytics, SA360, Marin Software, Amazon Advertising. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. He has a degree in Economics from Coventry University.

Aida Zjajo

General Manager

Aida is our HR Manager for Sarajevo team, who's been at Stellar for over six years. She organises activities and ensures that all client campaigns run smoothly. Prior to Stellar, Aida worked for over 15 years in different fields ranging from real estate to travel.Outside of work Aida enjoys doing interior design.

Alberto Parrado

Head of SEO

You can't miss Alberto, his booming voice and cheerful personality will shine from across the room! Alberto's our talented Head of SEO, bringing expertise across organic and digital growth with a strong focus on data analysis. A fitness enthusiast, he participates in regular Crossfit competitions and can speak four languages. He has a Masters in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Issy Johnson

Paid Media Manager

Issy has worked at both agencies and on the client-side, developing paid media strategies for businesses ranging from automotive to beauty to education. She has a degree in English Literature from the University of Birmingham and wrote her dissertation on a little-known Modernist Magazine.

Alma Mehkic

Office Manager

Alma is our Office Manager for our Sarajevo team, taking care of the day to day running of the office. Collectively she has nearly thirty years of experience running offices for various companies.

Séverine Baranowsky

SEO Manager

Séverine is our cheerful SEO Manager with over a decade’s experience in content and technical SEO. She is a prolific linguist and has previously worked in English, French and Italian. She’s an expert in the technical tools needed for SEO including Semrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog. In her spare time she loves to attend parkruns, go to Kew Gardens and learn to play the ukulele.

Jake Sage

Paid Media Manager

Jake started off as a Paid Media Executive, rising up the ranks to Paid Media Analyst and Paid Media Manager, helping companies globally with their paid search and social campaigns. He has a degree in Business Management and Spanish from the University of Surrey, and is a vocal advocate for Diversity & Inclusion.

Maisie Lee

Paid Media Manager

Maisie is our Paid Media Manager, who joined almost three years ago as a Paid Media Executive after gaining a degree in Fashion Marketing & Management from the University of Southampton. She's adept at both running specialist paid campaigns for clients and working on wider digital marketing activity, with a focus on businesses within the high-end retail & e-commerce industry.

Tarik Calkic

Activation Manager

Tarik started off as Paid Media executive and working his way up to his present position as Activation Manager. Before joining, Tarik worked for over ten years helping children, teens and local communities organise peace-promoting activities. He has a Masters in Communication Science and Journalism from the University of Sarajevo.

Lucinda Irvine

Paid Media Manager

Lucinda's our bubbly resident Australian with experience working at both digital ad agencies and in-house for multiple brands. She's worked across small and large businesses in industries ranging from luxury, tech, gourmet food and gifting. Lucinda's also got degrees in marketing and law from the University of Adelaide. As a fairly new Londoner, she loves exploring the city trying out its food, wine and live music scenes.

Nahid Uddin

Paid Media Manager

Nahid's been at Stellar for almost five years, rising up the ranks from Executive to Paid Media Analyst and Paid Media Manager. Along the way he's scaled paid media accounts for global companies across industries such as beauty, travel, food and retail. Outside of work he's a photographer for high fashion and has been hired for major events including London Fashion Week.

Jovana Čivčić

Senior Graphic Designer

Jovana has a sharp eye for detail, with a degree in graphic design from the Faculty of Information Technology and Design Bosnia and Herzegovina. Previously she worked for major clients across the marketing and advertising landscape. In her spare time, Jovana is an ardent traveller with a soft spot for Italy...and a growing bucket list of places to visit including New York.

Bojan Ateljevic

Activation Manager

Bojan has over eleven years of experience in digital marketing and has been loyal to Stellar for over six years. He's worked with 20+ clients from different industries ranging from retail to travel, insurance to the arts. In his spare time he loves travelling and is a tattoo lover, with ten so far and more to follow.

Nicole Marshall

Paid Media Analyst

Nicole is our cheerful Paid Media Analyst at Stellar, having been promoted from Paid Media Executive. She is a graduate of the University of Liverpool where she studied Criminology and is both Google Ads and Microsoft certified.

Semir Salihović

Paid Media Analyst

Semir has been at Stellar for over three years, rising up the ranks from Paid Media Executive to Paid Media Analyst. He has a degree from the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo, and is fluent in both English and German.

Nejla Kalajdžisalihović

Paid Media Analyst

Nejla has been at Stellar for almost three years, specialising in paid media strategy and advertising, social media marketing. She has a Masters in Political Sciences and is fluent in Bosnian and Croatian. Outside of work Nejla finds joy in cooking, particularly indulging in her latest passion for pasta making.

Hana Bajric

Paid Media Analyst

Hana is our cheerful Paid Media Analyst who's been at Stellar for nearly three years, helping clients globally with their PPC campaigns. She has a Masters in Economics and Business from the University of Sarajevo.

Alma Mazalović

Graphic Designer

Alma is our talented graphic designer at Stellar, working on the look & feel of client ad campaigns as well as for in-house marketing. She's well versed in Photoshop and InDesign, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Merjem Katerji

Paid Media Executive

Born in Baghdad to a Bosnian mother and a Syrian father, she’s the proud embodiment of a rich tapestry of cultures - she can speak Bosnian, English and Turkish. Merjem studied journalism at the University of Sarajevo, and has since worked with a range of multinational clients at Stellar. Outside of work, she loves creative writing and travelling.

Nejra has been at Stellar for almost three years, helping clients globally with their PPC campaigns. Her background is in content writing, and she has a degree in literature from the University of Sarajevo with a Masters in language interpretation and translation.
